Ingredients
- 4 - pork chops, boneless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 - italian peppers, slivered
- 1/2 - red bell pepper, slivered
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- - lemon pepper seasoning
- - white wine
- 1 dash rosemary
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 - plum tomato, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- - sage leaves, fresh
- - juice of 1 lime
How To Make pork with fruit & peppers

Step 1Put olive oil and butter in frying pan.

Step 2Generously sprinkle both sides of pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning and fry in pan.

Step 3Add sliced peppers and onion.

Step 4When pork is almost done, take veggies out and de-glaze the pan with white wine.

Step 5Add rosemary, grapes & raisins.

Step 6Put veggies back in the pan and add tomato, sage, cider vinegar.

Step 7Top with lime juice and let simmer for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
