1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
butter or margarine

italian peppers, slivered
1/2
red bell pepper, slivered
1/2
onion, chopped
lemon pepper seasoning
white wine
1 dash(es)
rosemary
1 c
grapes, halved
1
plum tomato, cut into chunks
1/4 c
cider vinegar
1/2 c
raisins
sage leaves, fresh
juice of 1 lime

How to Make Pork with Fruit & Peppers

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put olive oil and butter in frying pan.
  • 2Generously sprinkle both sides of pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning and fry in pan.
  • 3Add sliced peppers and onion.
  • 4When pork is almost done, take veggies out and de-glaze the pan with white wine.
  • 5Add rosemary, grapes & raisins.
  • 6Put veggies back in the pan and add tomato, sage, cider vinegar.
  • 7Top with lime juice and let simmer for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
