    pork chops, boneless
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 2
    italian peppers, slivered
  • 1/2
    red bell pepper, slivered
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • ·
    lemon pepper seasoning
  • ·
    white wine
  • 1 dash(es)
    rosemary
  • 1 c
    grapes, halved
  • 1
    plum tomato, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 c
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    raisins
  • ·
    sage leaves, fresh
  • ·
    juice of 1 lime

How to Make Pork with Fruit & Peppers

Step-by-Step

  1. Put olive oil and butter in frying pan.
  2. Generously sprinkle both sides of pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning and fry in pan.
  3. Add sliced peppers and onion.
  4. When pork is almost done, take veggies out and de-glaze the pan with white wine.
  5. Add rosemary, grapes & raisins.
  6. Put veggies back in the pan and add tomato, sage, cider vinegar.
  7. Top with lime juice and let simmer for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
