Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean boneless pork, cut into 2 inch cubes
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider
- 2 - carrots, scraped and sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried whole rosemary
- - cooked mashed potatoes, hot cooked noodles, or hot cooked rice
How To Make pork with cider

Step 1Dredge pork in flour; cook in oil in a large ovenproof skillet until browned on all sides. Remove pork; set pork aside. Discard drippings. Add apple cider to the skillet; cook over medium-high heat, deglazing skillet by scraping particles that cling to the bottom.

Step 2Return the pork to the skillet; add the carrot and next 5 ingredients. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.

Step 3Remove and discard the bay leaf. Serve the pork immediately over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
