Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    cooked chooped pork shoulder butt
  • 1 can(s)
    10 oz enchilada sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c
    chopped raddish
  • 1/2 c
    baby slice carrots
  • 1/4 c
    sliced green onions
  • 1 pkg
    corn tortillas
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil

How to Make Pork Tacos

Step-by-Step

  1. Add oil to a large skillet over med high heat, add garlic cumin and cook unitl golden brown ( a little crispy).
  2. Add enchilada sauce , salt and peper. Them simmer on low for 5 minutes or until favors blend.
  3. Put corn tortillas in a stremer to soften. Garnish with carrots green onion raddishes. Add sour cream salsa or gaucomole if you desire. Now Enjoy.
