pork tacos

I just improvised (sp) with what i had in my freezer..I came out great, i am keeping this one.lol

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked chooped pork shoulder butt
  • 1 can 10 oz enchilada sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped raddish
  • 1/2 cup baby slice carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 package corn tortillas
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil

How To Make pork tacos

  • Step 1
    Add oil to a large skillet over med high heat, add garlic cumin and cook unitl golden brown ( a little crispy).
  • Step 2
    Add enchilada sauce , salt and peper. Them simmer on low for 5 minutes or until favors blend.
  • Step 3
    Put corn tortillas in a stremer to soften. Garnish with carrots green onion raddishes. Add sour cream salsa or gaucomole if you desire. Now Enjoy.
