How to Make Pork Steak with Mushroom Gravy


  1. season pork steak with salt and pepper
  2. brown pork steak on each side, until it's not bloody
  3. cover with mushroom soup
  4. place lid on skillet, simmer for 45 minutes or until pork is done
  5. remove meat from pan, stir in milk until gravy is desired consistency. You can use more or less depending on your liking
  6. serve over mashed potatoes
