My husband, who can't stand any vinegar absolutely loved this dish and said it was rich and full of flavor. Not vineagry at all.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1-1/2" slices.
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
How To Make pork slices w/ balsamic vinegar

Step 1Place flour, garlic salt and pepper in lg plastic resealable bag. Shake to mix. Add pork slices and shake to coat.

Step 2Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook pork in oil until golden brown on all sides. Pour in the vinegar and broth.

Step 3Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 4-5 mins, or until pork is no longer pink. Remove pork to serving platter. Stir lemon zest into pan. Simmer until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over pork slices.
