My husband, who can't stand any vinegar absolutely loved this dish and said it was rich and full of flavor. Not vineagry at all.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 lb
    pork tenderloin, cut into 1-1/2" slices.
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1/3 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 tsp
    lemon zest

How to Make Pork slices w/ balsamic vinegar

Step-by-Step

  1. Place flour, garlic salt and pepper in lg plastic resealable bag. Shake to mix. Add pork slices and shake to coat.
  2. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook pork in oil until golden brown on all sides. Pour in the vinegar and broth.
  3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 4-5 mins, or until pork is no longer pink. Remove pork to serving platter. Stir lemon zest into pan. Simmer until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over pork slices.
