My husband, who can't stand any vinegar absolutely loved this dish and said it was rich and full of flavor. Not vineagry at all.

Ingredients For pork slices w/ balsamic vinegar

1/4 cflour

1 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tsppepper

2 lbpork tenderloin, cut into 1-1/2" slices.

2 Tbspcanola oil
-
1/3 cbalsamic vinegar

1/2 cchicken broth
-
2 tsplemon zest
How To Make pork slices w/ balsamic vinegar

1Place flour, garlic salt and pepper in lg plastic resealable bag. Shake to mix. Add pork slices and shake to coat.

2Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook pork in oil until golden brown on all sides. Pour in the vinegar and broth.

3Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 4-5 mins, or until pork is no longer pink. Remove pork to serving platter. Stir lemon zest into pan. Simmer until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over pork slices.
