My husband, who can't stand any vinegar absolutely loved this dish and said it was rich and full of flavor. Not vineagry at all.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1-1/2" slices.
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

How To Make pork slices w/ balsamic vinegar

  • Step 1
    Place flour, garlic salt and pepper in lg plastic resealable bag. Shake to mix. Add pork slices and shake to coat.
  • Step 2
    Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook pork in oil until golden brown on all sides. Pour in the vinegar and broth.
  • Step 3
    Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 4-5 mins, or until pork is no longer pink. Remove pork to serving platter. Stir lemon zest into pan. Simmer until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over pork slices.
