My husband, who can't stand any vinegar absolutely loved this dish and said it was rich and full of flavor. Not vineagry at all.

1/4 c
1 tsp
garlic salt
1/2 tsp
2 lb
pork tenderloin, cut into 1-1/2" slices.
2 Tbsp
canola oil
1/3 c
balsamic vinegar
1/2 c
chicken broth
2 tsp
lemon zest

How to Make Pork slices w/ balsamic vinegar


  • 1Place flour, garlic salt and pepper in lg plastic resealable bag. Shake to mix. Add pork slices and shake to coat.
  • 2Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook pork in oil until golden brown on all sides. Pour in the vinegar and broth.
  • 3Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 4-5 mins, or until pork is no longer pink. Remove pork to serving platter. Stir lemon zest into pan. Simmer until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over pork slices.
