Ingredients
- 1-2 pound seasoned pork roast lean
- 7-8 - red potatoes halved and quarter
- 2 large granny smith apples peeled and cored
- 1/4 teaspoon of each ,black pepper,sea salt,garlic powder,onion powder, minced garlic,minced onion, italian seasoning,basil,
- 1 - large bay leaf broken up.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup water

Step 1IN A LARGE ELECTRIC POT, MELT BUTTER, ADD SEASONINGS. STIR IN POTATOES AND COOK FOR FIVE MINUTES STIR TO COAT POTATOES WELL WITH SEASONED BUTTER.

Step 2SLICE APPLES TO 3/4INCH THICK CUBES. SET A SIDE

Step 3ON POTATOES PLACE PORK ROAST FATTY SIDE DOWN PLACE OVER POTATOES AND COVER WITH APPLES COVER WITH WATER AND COOK ON 250 DEGREES FOR TWO HOURS.

Step 4AFTER ONE HOUR STIR POTATOES TO COVER ROAST AND APPLES. LET COOK ONE HOUR MORE.REMOVE ROAST AT THE ONE AND HALF HOUR MARK. SLICE INTO 1/4 INCH SLICES AND PUT IT BACK IN THE POT OVER POTATOES AND APPLES. COOK FOR 15-30 HR MORE. REMOVE TO PLATE AND SPOON GRAVY SAUCE OVER TOP. A GREEN BEEN OR CORN SIDE IS A GREAT COMPLEMENT. SERVE WITH HOT CROISSANTS
