pork loin chops in a creamy basil sauce
(2 RATINGS)
I actually made this sauce for a chicken recipe, then found i didn't have any chicvken on hand, just pork chops. This sauce semms to go better w/ the chops, so it all worked out fine. Using fresh basil is definately better, but freeze-dried will do in a pinch!
