Ingredients For pork ground chuck meatloaf

1 lbground pork
-
1 lbground chuck/or ground round

1 lgwhite onion
-
1/2 smgreen pepper diced fine

2 lgeggs
-
1 smcan of tomato paste

1 fldash of red wine vinegar
-
1 Tbspworchester sauce
-
1/2 tspdijon mustard
-
1/2 cketchup in the loaf and cover the top before baking

1/2 cvigo golden bread crumbs

1 dashsalt /pepper
How To Make pork ground chuck meatloaf

1Pork,Beef, onion,salt,pepper, beat eggs! add vinegar, mustard, worchester sauce, ketchup ....... salt pepper..... add enough Bread Crumbs to stiffen mixture. mix very thoroughly! ( Pre Heat oven to 350) if your making small loaf use only 1/2 lb pork 1/2 lb ground chuck or round and diminish other ingredients to accommodate size!

2Place in oblong meatloaf pan if you have one! mix real well, 1/4 cup red vinegar,2 tbsp Dijon mustard,1/2 cup worchester sauce, 1/2 cup Ketchup......pour and cover entire meat loaf.....make sure meatloaf is entirely covered... the more the better... BAKE FOR 1 HOUR and 20 MINUTES or until you think it is done you can test this by placing a slit in middle of loaf
