I love pork and I love lemons so when I saw this recipe in an old sorority cookbook I had to try it. Now it is a family favorite and it is super easy ! I serve it with steamed broccoli and rice pilaf.

Ingredients

  • 6 or 8
    pork chops, boneless or bone-in
  • 1
    lemon sliced thin
  • ·
    seasoning to taste, i use natures seasoning or lemon pepper
  • SAUCE

  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 1/2 c
    catsup
  • 1/2 c
    water

How to Make Pork Chops with Lemon Slices

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Brown pork chops in a skillet.
  3. Place pork in a 13X9 greased baking pan and top with lemon slices.
  4. Mix sauce ingredients together in small bowl.
  5. Pour sauce mixture over chops and lemon slices.
  6. Bake 40-45 min. or till tender.
