How to Make Pork chops w/ apricot-teriyaki glaze
- In bowl, stir together preserves, teriyaki sauce, mustard and ginger,
- Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Season chops w/ salt 7 pepper. Brown chops in skillet for about 2 mins each side.
- spread apricot mix over chops. Cook, covered over med-low heat for about 10 mins, or until pork is no longer pink inside.
