Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 medium boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 10 3/4 ounces can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
  • - hot cooked egg noodles, for 4

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides. Remove from skillet. Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in onions and paprika and cook until the onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in the soup, water, pepper and sour cream and heat to a boil. Return the meat to the skillet. Reduce heat to low. Simmer until the pork is cooked through. Serve the pork and sauce with the noodles.
