Well, it's that time of year... my kitchen sees the most action with apples. We love apples. They are delicious, especially when incorporating them in a meal. And they are great to add flavor top pork chops. This recipe is a family fave. My husband's favorite way to eat pork chops or even top the chutney on a pork roast. Yes, fall is in the air!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

These pork chops are a fantastic fall dinner. The spices in the recipe make the meal. The seasoned pork chops are savory. Topped with the sweet, spicy, and tart apple and pear chutney, it's the perfect combination. Every bite is rich with flavor. Your family will love these pork chops.

Note: Make sure to let the pork chops come to room temperature before cooking (about 20 minutes prior). Also, be sure to rub the seasoning into the meat to enhance the flavor. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
