Ingredients
- 4 - lean pork chops with rib bone , cut 1/2
- 1 - onion sliced
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 can whole kermel corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 - 16 oz can green beans, drained
How To Make pork chop skillet

Step 1season pork chops on both sides with garlic salt and pepper.

Step 2in a large skillet brown chops in oil. remove chops and reserve. now add onions and cook until almost tender.

Step 3stir in tomato sauce, and sage. return chops to skillet. cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

Step 4add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
