easy pork chop casserole

A close friend of mine gave me this recipe and I put my own touch on it.

Ingredients

  • 6 - boneless pork chops
  • 4 - russet potatoes, washed and sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cans milk
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make easy pork chop casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking pan with non stick spray.
  • Step 2
    Layer sliced potatoes and onions in the bottom of the pan. Top with pork chops.
  • Step 3
    Mix soup, milk and all seasonings together and pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
