Ingredients
- 6 - boneless pork chops
- 4 - russet potatoes, washed and sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make easy pork chop casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking pan with non stick spray.

Step 2Layer sliced potatoes and onions in the bottom of the pan. Top with pork chops.

Step 3Mix soup, milk and all seasonings together and pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
