Ingredients

6boneless pork chops
-
4russet potatoes, washed and sliced thin

1 mediumonion, diced

1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 can(s)milk
-
1/2 cparmesan cheese

1/2 tspdried thyme
-
1/2 tsppoultry seasoning

1 Tbspparsley, chopped

·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Easy Pork Chop Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking pan with non stick spray.
- Layer sliced potatoes and onions in the bottom of the pan. Top with pork chops.
- Mix soup, milk and all seasonings together and pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
