A close friend of mine gave me this recipe and I put my own touch on it.

boneless pork chops
russet potatoes, washed and sliced thin
1 medium
onion, diced
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 can(s)
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp
dried thyme
1/2 tsp
poultry seasoning
1 Tbsp
parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Easy Pork Chop Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking pan with non stick spray.
  • 2Layer sliced potatoes and onions in the bottom of the pan. Top with pork chops.
  • 3Mix soup, milk and all seasonings together and pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
