Ingredients
- 6 - pork chops, boneless
- 3 cups rice, instant
- 3 cups beef consomme
- 1 - large onion
- 1 - large tomato
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons thyme, dried
How To Make pork chop casserole

Step 1Put olive oil in frying pan and heat until hot , salt and pepper pork chops with salt and pepper. Place pork chops in the hot oil , just to brown.

Step 2While chops are browning , place rice in the bottom of a 13x9x2 baking pan.Pour beef consomme over rice, Place browned pork chops on top add 1 slice onion and 1 slice tomato to top of each pork chop. Sprinkle top of casserole lightly with dried thyme.

Step 3Bake in an 350 degree oven for 1 hour . remove from oven and serve.
