1 tspcanola oil

1-1/2 lbpork tenderloin, trimmed

1/2 tspsalt and pepper each

1 cpomegranate juice
-
1/4 cbalsamic vinegar
-
1/3 cpacked light brown sugar

1onion, chopped
-
1/4 cpomegranate seeds
How to Make POM-juicy pork tenderloin
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Sprinkle pork w/ salt & pepper. Place pork in skillet and brown on all sides.
- Remove pork to baking pan. Bake about 20 mins. Meanwhile, in another skillet. Combine juice, vinegar, brown sugar, onion and seeds. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce begins to thicken.
- Slice pork and serve w/ sauce.
