I love pomegranate juice, so figured I would try it with some tenderloin I had, it came out unbelieveable!! I used POM-juice from the refrigerated section of the market.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1-1/2 pound pork tenderloin, trimmed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper each
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
How To Make pom-juicy pork tenderloin

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Sprinkle pork w/ salt & pepper. Place pork in skillet and brown on all sides.

Step 2Remove pork to baking pan. Bake about 20 mins. Meanwhile, in another skillet. Combine juice, vinegar, brown sugar, onion and seeds. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce begins to thicken.

Step 3Slice pork and serve w/ sauce.
