Ingredients
- 4 - boneless pork chops, 3/4"-thick
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - 10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 - 8 oz can pineapple chunks w/ juice
- 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
- - sliced scallions for garnish
How To Make pineapple sauced pork chops.

Step 1Season chops w/ garlic powder. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add chops and cook until browned on both sides.

Step 2Add onion, soup, water, pineapples w/ juice, soy sauce and honey. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 10 min, or until pork is no longer pink inside.

Step 3Serve pork chops over rice. Sprinkle w/ scallions.
