boneless pork chops, 3/4"-thick
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 Tbsp
canola oil

onion, chopped

10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c
water

8 oz can pineapple chunks w/ juice
3 Tbsp
lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp
honey
2 c
hot cooked rice
sliced scallions for garnish

How to Make Pineapple sauced pork chops.

Step-by-Step

  • 1Season chops w/ garlic powder. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add chops and cook until browned on both sides.
  • 2Add onion, soup, water, pineapples w/ juice, soy sauce and honey. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 10 min, or until pork is no longer pink inside.
  • 3Serve pork chops over rice. Sprinkle w/ scallions.
