Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless pork chops, 3/4"-thick
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - 10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 - 8 oz can pineapple chunks w/ juice
  • 3 tablespoons lite soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups hot cooked rice
  • - sliced scallions for garnish

How To Make pineapple sauced pork chops.

  • Step 1
    Season chops w/ garlic powder. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add chops and cook until browned on both sides.
  • Step 2
    Add onion, soup, water, pineapples w/ juice, soy sauce and honey. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 10 min, or until pork is no longer pink inside.
  • Step 3
    Serve pork chops over rice. Sprinkle w/ scallions.
