Ingredients

  • 4 - center cut pork chops,trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 14 ounces can coconut milk
  • 8 ounces can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley

How To Make pina colada pork chops

  • Step 1
    In your cast iron or electric fry pan, sear the pork chops in the coconut oil for about 2 minutes on each side. Add soy sauce and coconut milk to the pan; bring to a boil then turn heat to medium and simmer, for 3 minutes until just done.
  • Step 2
    Stir in pineapple tidbits and continue to simmer until sauce thickens, about 4 minutes. Remove pork chops from pan and pour sauce over pork. Sprinkle with parsley.
