How to Make Piglet in the bag
- 1Place all ingredients in oven bag, prick holes according to manufactures instructions. Pork does not need to be defrosted, if frozen cook extra couple hours on low.
Will work for larger roast provided fits in bag.
- 2Bake 120c for 3 hours, increase to 180c for final hour or so, add veges etc to pan at this time if required.
