Ingredients

·half a small pig
-
1/2 can(s)pineapple pieces including juice

1 cfresh cherry tomatoes
-
pinchsalt n pepper
-
2 Tbspplum sauce
-
1oven bag
-
pinchcurry powder
How to Make Piglet in the bag
- Place all ingredients in oven bag, prick holes according to manufactures instructions. Pork does not need to be defrosted, if frozen cook extra couple hours on low.
Will work for larger roast provided fits in bag. - Bake 120c for 3 hours, increase to 180c for final hour or so, add veges etc to pan at this time if required.
