Ingredients

  • 8 - pork chops, cut 1-inch thick
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons finelty snipped parsley
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon crushed chili pepper
  • 2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How To Make peanut stuffed pork chops

  • Step 1
    Cut pockets in each pork chop. Mix croutons, peanuts, onion, parskey and chili pepper in bowl. Mix butter, water and salt. Pour over crouton mixture. Stuff pork chop pockets with c mixture.
  • Step 2
    Hear jelly and lemon juice to boiling. stirring constantly. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Bake 1 hour covered with foil. Then 30 minutes uncovered. Brushing with jelly mixture 2 or 3 times during last 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
