Ingredients
- 8 - pork chops, cut 1-inch thick
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 2 tablespoons finelty snipped parsley
- 1/2-1 teaspoon crushed chili pepper
- 2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make peanut stuffed pork chops

Step 1Cut pockets in each pork chop. Mix croutons, peanuts, onion, parskey and chili pepper in bowl. Mix butter, water and salt. Pour over crouton mixture. Stuff pork chop pockets with c mixture.

Step 2Hear jelly and lemon juice to boiling. stirring constantly. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Bake 1 hour covered with foil. Then 30 minutes uncovered. Brushing with jelly mixture 2 or 3 times during last 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
