8pork chops, cut 1-inch thick

1 ccroutons
-
1/2 cchopped salted peanuts

2 Tbspinstant minced onion

2 Tbspfinelty snipped parsley

1/2-1 tspcrushed chili pepper

2/3 cbutter or margarine, melted

1 Tbspwater

3/4 tspsalt

1/2 capple jelly

1 Tbsplemon juice
How To Make peanut stuffed pork chops

1Cut pockets in each pork chop. Mix croutons, peanuts, onion, parskey and chili pepper in bowl. Mix butter, water and salt. Pour over crouton mixture. Stuff pork chop pockets with c mixture.

2Hear jelly and lemon juice to boiling. stirring constantly. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Bake 1 hour covered with foil. Then 30 minutes uncovered. Brushing with jelly mixture 2 or 3 times during last 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
