p.r. pork slow cooker
This recipe is so tasty! My son has a friend who's Grandmother lives in Puerto Rico. He was over for dinner one night, and called it P.R. Pork. The name just stuck after that. He said this is just like his Grandmother makes! I originally got this recipe from Taste of Home years ago. I tweaked it and P.R. Pork was born. Throw it in the slow cooker and your done! Serve with rice or noodles.
