Oven Fried Boneless Pork Chops

·6 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
·2 eggs – beaten plus splash of milk
·olive oil for drizzling
·2 cups flour
·¼ cup grated romano cheese
·1 tps. paprika
·½ tsp. salt & pepper
How to Make Oven Fried Boneless Pork Chops
- Beat the eggs with a splash of milk.
Combine the seasonings with the flour.
Dip the pork chops in the seasoned flour, then in the egg wash and back in the flour.
Place in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops.
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
Bake for 35 – 45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
