This a wonderful way to serve Pork and a healthy alternative to frying!

Ingredients

  • - 6 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • - 2 eggs – beaten plus splash of milk
  • - olive oil for drizzling
  • - coating:
  • - 2 cups flour
  • - ¼ cup grated romano cheese
  • - 1 tps. paprika
  • - ½ tsp. salt & pepper

How To Make oven fried boneless pork chops

  • Step 1
    Beat the eggs with a splash of milk. Combine the seasonings with the flour. Dip the pork chops in the seasoned flour, then in the egg wash and back in the flour. Place in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops. Preheat Oven 350 degrees: Bake for 35 – 45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
