Ingredients

  • 2 pounds pork cubed steak, or boneless chops, cut bite size pieces
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped
  • 1/2 - each green, red, bell pepper
  • 1 package asian stir fry vegetables, thawed
  • 1/2 package broccoli cuts, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon each, minced garlic, mrs dash, seasoning salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup low sodium or regular soy sauce
  • 1/2 package ramean noodles, cooked and set aside, drained
  • 2 tablespoons extra vigin olive oil

How To Make oriental stir fry pork

  • Step 1
    in large skillet or wok, place olive oil, garlic, peppers and onions. saute 5 minutes on medium high
  • Step 2
    add meat, stirring occassionally to brown. when meat is brown add vegetables. cook over medium heat until almost tender. add spices and soy sauce.
  • Step 3
    when vegetables are done the consistency you like, add the ramean noodles. toss and heat thru.
  • Step 4
    serve over hot steamed rice. garnish with additional soy sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
