Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 8 - pork chops
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • 8 - potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 8 - carrots, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut into 2" pieces
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How To Make one pot pork chop supper

  • Step 1
    IN A VERY LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT, COOK ONION AND PORK CHOPS IN OIL UNTIL BROWNED. DRAIN; ADD POTATOES AND CARROTS TO SKILLET.
  • Step 2
    MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO SKILLET. COVER; REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ONE HOUR, UNTIL PORK CHOPS ARE TENDER.
  • Step 3
    THIS CAN BE SERVED WITH FRESH SPINACH (OUR FAVORITE), OR A TOSSED SALAD, AND YOU HAVE A COMPLETE, HEALTHY MEAL!
