- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 8 - pork chops
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 8 - potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 8 - carrots, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut into 2" pieces
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1IN A VERY LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT, COOK ONION AND PORK CHOPS IN OIL UNTIL BROWNED. DRAIN; ADD POTATOES AND CARROTS TO SKILLET.

Step 2MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO SKILLET. COVER; REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ONE HOUR, UNTIL PORK CHOPS ARE TENDER.
