Ingredients

  • 1 medium
    onion, sliced
  • 8
    pork chops
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    oil
  • 8
    potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 8
    carrots, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut into 2" pieces
  • 2 can(s)
    tomato soup
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How to Make ONE POT PORK CHOP SUPPER

Step-by-Step

  1. IN A VERY LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT, COOK ONION AND PORK CHOPS IN OIL UNTIL BROWNED.
    DRAIN; ADD POTATOES AND CARROTS TO SKILLET.
  2. MIX REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO SKILLET.
    COVER; REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ONE HOUR, UNTIL PORK CHOPS ARE TENDER.
  3. THIS CAN BE SERVED WITH FRESH SPINACH (OUR FAVORITE), OR A TOSSED SALAD, AND YOU HAVE A COMPLETE, HEALTHY MEAL!
