found this in a low fat book my mother gave me as a Christmas gift ages ago. It is one ingredient for Italian sausage soup, which I will post .

- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make no fat italian sausage

Step 1trim meat of any fat, and membranes to assure is fat free

Step 2cut in chunks, and chop a small amt at the time in food processor or thru meat grinder

Step 3add all the spices and wine. process until well distributed thru meat,

Step 4place in covered airtight container. can be kept for up to one day in refrigerator
