never-fail baked pork chops
I'm not a big fan of pork chops, but these get prepared at least once a week in our house. Quick, easy and SO good!!

No soggy pork chops here. These baked pork chops are delicious. Made with only four ingredients, they're an easy weeknight meal. The bread crumbs add just the right amount of seasoning. Parmesan cheese adds the salt pork chops need and gives the crust a savory flavor. Dipping the pork chops in melted butter before breading, not only adds flavor but holds in the juices. These pork chops are super tender and juicy.

Ingredients
- 4 - boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted and kept warm
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
How To Make never-fail baked pork chops
Test Kitchen Tips
If using thick pork chops, you'll need to bake them a little longer. Approximately 45-50 minutes but check the internal temperature.

Step 1Spray 9x13" pan with cooking spray. Mix together the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Step 2Dip each pork chop into melted butter.

Step 3Then coat with crumb mixture.

Step 4Place into pan with chops not touching if possible. Drizzle remaining butter (if any) over top of chops.

Step 5Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes until chops are nicely browned.
