I have been making meatballs since I was 12, my mom worked weekends being the oldest daughter of 5, meatballs was a fun, simple, easy recipe that my dad could help me with he gave me a tip from my polish, (yes I said polish), grandmom, soak the bread in milk. Through the years I have made changes, here and there..hope you enjoy these as much as my family does.
