How to Make My meatballs
- Put the bread in a small bowl and add the milk, allow to soak through and squeeze breaking up the bread.
- In a large bowl put the meats, and eggs, add the milk soaked bread, and remaining ingredients.
- Mix well with your hands, don' t over mix or you will have tough meatballs,
- Make in the shape of balls, out them on a lined baking sheet and bak at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes, depending on the size of your meatball. Get the kids involved they can help with the rolling and mixing!!
