my meatballs
I have been making meatballs since I was 12, my mom worked weekends being the oldest daughter of 5, meatballs was a fun, simple, easy recipe that my dad could help me with he gave me a tip from my polish, (yes I said polish), grandmom, soak the bread in milk. Through the years I have made changes, here and there..hope you enjoy these as much as my family does.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef, pork and veal mix,
- 2 - eggs
- 6 slices bread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic
- - salt and papper
- 1 - finely diced onion
- 1 cup italian seasoning
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make my meatballs

Step 1Put the bread in a small bowl and add the milk, allow to soak through and squeeze breaking up the bread.

Step 2In a large bowl put the meats, and eggs, add the milk soaked bread, and remaining ingredients.

Step 3Mix well with your hands, don' t over mix or you will have tough meatballs,

Step 4Make in the shape of balls, out them on a lined baking sheet and bak at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes, depending on the size of your meatball. Get the kids involved they can help with the rolling and mixing!!
