mom's sunday ham loaf

Since we had ham for Thanksgiving I thought I would make my mom's ham loaf with the leftovers, saving the ham bone and some hom for soup later on. This was always good for sandwiches when cold too; or mix with a little pickle relish and salad dressing for a spread...so many things can be made with this ground ham. Can also fill mushroom caps, use to fill squash, make croquets, pinwheels, even dip.....I hope you try one of these ideas,..
