How to Make Maple pork chops w/ apples
- 1Sprinkle chops w/ salt & pepper. In lg skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Add chops to skillet.
- 2Brown chops 2 min per side. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add carrots, apple and maple syrup. Cover, simmer for 8-10 mins.
- 3Transfer chops, carrots and apples to a platter. Bring syrup mix to a boil. Boil gently, uncovered 1-2 mins, or until thickened. Pour sauce over chops and veggies.
