I made this up one day when I wanted something quick, but fall tasting. The maple syrup makes these so good.

Ingredients
- 4 - pork loin chops, 1/2"-thick
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 12 - baby carrots, halved lengthwise
- 1 large apple, sliced
- 1/3 cup real, pure maple syrup
How To Make maple pork chops w/ apples

Step 1Sprinkle chops w/ salt & pepper. In lg skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Add chops to skillet.

Step 2Brown chops 2 min per side. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add carrots, apple and maple syrup. Cover, simmer for 8-10 mins.

Step 3Transfer chops, carrots and apples to a platter. Bring syrup mix to a boil. Boil gently, uncovered 1-2 mins, or until thickened. Pour sauce over chops and veggies.
