- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
- 4 - boneless pork loin chops, 1
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, snipped
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
How To Make low-cal pork diane

Step 1In small bowl, whisk together water, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard. Set aside sauce. Trim any fat from chops. Sprinkle both sides of chops w/ lemon-pepper seasoning.

Step 2Melt butter in lg skillet, over medium heat. Add chops and cook, turning once for about 12 mins each side, or until browned. Remove chops to a platter.

Step 3Pour reserved sauce into skillet, scraping up any brown bits. Pour sauce over chops. Sprinkle chops w/ chives.
