- 1In small bowl, whisk together water, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard. Set aside sauce. Trim any fat from chops. Sprinkle both sides of chops w/ lemon-pepper seasoning.
- 2Melt butter in lg skillet, over medium heat. Add chops and cook, turning once for about 12 mins each side, or until browned. Remove chops to a platter.
- 3Pour reserved sauce into skillet, scraping up any brown bits. Pour sauce over chops. Sprinkle chops w/ chives.
