I came up w/ this easy dish one night when I wanteed something w/ a little spice in it. It's great served w/ rice.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 - pork loin chops, boneless, 1/2"-thick
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or you can use cajun pepper
How To Make lemon-spiced pork chops

Step 1Heat oil in lg skillet, over medium heat. Brown chops for 5 mins each side.

Step 2In bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, paprika, thyme and cayenne pepper. Add sauce to skillet, w/ chops. Cover, simmer 20 mins.

Step 3Remove chops from skillet. Over high heat, reduce remaining liquid for 5 min. Return chops to skillet, coating both sides of chops w/ the sauce.
