How to Make Lemon-spiced pork chops
- 1Heat oil in lg skillet, over medium heat. Brown chops for 5 mins each side.
- 2In bowl, whisk together lemon juice, garlic, paprika, thyme and cayenne pepper. Add sauce to skillet, w/ chops. Cover, simmer 20 mins.
- 3Remove chops from skillet. Over high heat, reduce remaining liquid for 5 min. Return chops to skillet, coating both sides of chops w/ the sauce.
