- 6 - lean center cut pork chops, about 1/2"-thick
- 1 - egg white
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 3/4 cup cornflake crumbs
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make lean baked pork chops

Step 1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In a bowl, beat egg white w/ milk. Place chops in milk mix, turning once.

Step 2In shallow bowl mix together cornflake crumbs, bread crumbs, spices and salt. Remove chops from milk. Coat thoroughly w/ crumb mix. Place chops in pan. Bake 20 mins. Turn chops over and bake additional 15 mins.
