Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ham, sliced thin
- 1/2 pound mortadella, sliced thin
- 1/2 pound genoa salame, sliced thin
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese, sliced thin
- 4-6 ounces cream cheese, whipped
- 1/2 cup olive spread mix
- 1 tablespoon turkish 7 spice blend
- 1 package lavash bread {4 slices}

Step 1get ingredients together

Step 2spread cream cheese bread. sprinkle 7 spice blend on bread

Step 3on 2/3 of the bread, assemble slices of mortadella, ham, cheese, olive spread, cheese, salame and olive spread

Step 4with meat side closet to you, start to roll. roll tightly. make sure you seal the end. place in plastice wrap. chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes

Step 5with a sharp knife, slice into 1 1/4 inch thick pieces. plate up and enjoy.
