If you are looking for a quick and easy lunch sandwich, appetizer or snack, I have the answer. This is a muffuletta rolled in lavash bread with a Middle Eastern kick. What a great fusion. Cooking with Passion, sw:)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ham, sliced thin
  • 1/2 pound mortadella, sliced thin
  • 1/2 pound genoa salame, sliced thin
  • 1/2 pound provolone cheese, sliced thin
  • 4-6 ounces cream cheese, whipped
  • 1/2 cup olive spread mix
  • 1 tablespoon turkish 7 spice blend
  • 1 package lavash bread {4 slices}

How To Make lavashuletta

  • Step 1
    get ingredients together
  • Step 2
    spread cream cheese bread. sprinkle 7 spice blend on bread
  • Step 3
    on 2/3 of the bread, assemble slices of mortadella, ham, cheese, olive spread, cheese, salame and olive spread
  • Step 4
    with meat side closet to you, start to roll. roll tightly. make sure you seal the end. place in plastice wrap. chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
  • Step 5
    with a sharp knife, slice into 1 1/4 inch thick pieces. plate up and enjoy.
