These meatballs take a bath in kicken sweet sauce, alfredo over spinach noodles or they stand alone. But the name says it all.

  • 2 1/2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2 1/2 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1&1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 1&1/2 c
    beef broth
  • 4 medium
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 3 tsp
    garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried basil
  • 2 tsp
    fresh grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 c
    finely minced onion
  • 1 1/2 c

How to Make Keep Comin' Back Meatballs


  1. In large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well but gently so meatballs don't come out tough. Roll to fit the palm of your hand. Place on unsprayed cookie sheet. 1 inch apart. Preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven addf to your favborite sauce enjoy!!
