I love the tangy taste of these pork chops. I've been making them for so many years and everyone loves them for their simplicity.

  • 1
    12 oz jar orange marmalade
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt and pepper, each
  • 4
    boneless pork loin chops
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil

How to Make Juicy, tangy pork chops


  1. In a bowl, whisk together marmalade, orange juice and mustard. In a shallow dish combine flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge chops in flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides. Reduce heat to low.
  3. Pour sauce over chops. Cover, simmer for 5 mins. Uncover and simmer another 5 mins, or until sauce is thickened and chops are fully cooked. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
