I love the tangy taste of these pork chops. I've been making them for so many years and everyone loves them for their simplicity.

Ingredients

12 oz jar orange marmalade
1/4 c
orange juice
3 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1/4 c
flour
1/4 tsp
salt and pepper, each
4
boneless pork loin chops
2 Tbsp
canola oil

How to Make Juicy, tangy pork chops

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a bowl, whisk together marmalade, orange juice and mustard. In a shallow dish combine flour, salt and pepper.
  • 2Dredge chops in flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides. Reduce heat to low.
  • 3Pour sauce over chops. Cover, simmer for 5 mins. Uncover and simmer another 5 mins, or until sauce is thickened and chops are fully cooked. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
