Ingredients
- 1 - 12 oz jar orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper, each
- 4 - boneless pork loin chops
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
How To Make juicy, tangy pork chops

Step 1In a bowl, whisk together marmalade, orange juice and mustard. In a shallow dish combine flour, salt and pepper.

Step 2Dredge chops in flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides. Reduce heat to low.

Step 3Pour sauce over chops. Cover, simmer for 5 mins. Uncover and simmer another 5 mins, or until sauce is thickened and chops are fully cooked. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
