How to Make Juicy, tangy pork chops
- In a bowl, whisk together marmalade, orange juice and mustard. In a shallow dish combine flour, salt and pepper.
- Dredge chops in flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops on both sides. Reduce heat to low.
- Pour sauce over chops. Cover, simmer for 5 mins. Uncover and simmer another 5 mins, or until sauce is thickened and chops are fully cooked. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
