How to Make Jody's Lemon Pepper Pork Chops with Jasmine Rice

  • 1First start out with Equal amounts of Jasmine Rice and water. Put in in your Rice cooker and Let it go.

Then Heat a skillet with Vegetable oil and Butter. sprinkle Pork chops with kosher salt and Lemon Pepper. Put Flour in your dredging dish along with the garlic powder. Dredge Pork Chops in Flour Mixture and then brown in your skillet till golden on each side. When all your chops are done, transfer to baking pan cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Now for the Green Beans: I just buy the Steam fresh Green Beans from the freezer section on the grocery store. Cook as directed. Drain, then add a pad of butter and Garlic salt.
  • 2Tip: I like to dress up my plate and make it look pretty, so I place 1 Pork Chop on Plate, then add green beans stacked nice and then for the Rice I love to Put Rice in a small round dessert dish, press it down to pack it in then I carefully flip in onto the plate and remove bowl and it takes shape of the bowl. Which looks so pretty on the plate. then I add a pat of butter on top. It looks very elegant.
