I used the zesty Italian dressing mix, and omitted the red pepper flakes. These have a very nice flavor. You can also use sliced pork tenderloin.

    6 oz envelope Italian salad dressing mix (regular or zesty)
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 4
    pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How To Make italian spiced pork chops

    In small bowl, combine salad dressing mix, vinegar, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes; beat with wire whisk until mix is dissolved. Add oil, beat well.

    In shallow glass baking dish, arrange chops in single layer. Spread oil mixture over both sides of pork. Let stand 15 minutes. Grill or fry until no longer pink.
