I used the zesty Italian dressing mix and omitted the red pepper flakes. These have a very nice flavor. You can also use sliced pork tenderloin.

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 - pork chops

Step 1In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing mix, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Beat with a wire whisk until the mix is dissolved. Add the oil and beat well. In a shallow glass baking dish, arrange the chops in a single layer. Spread the oil mixture over both sides of the pork. Let stand for 15 minutes.
