I used the zesty Italian dressing mix and omitted the red pepper flakes. These have a very nice flavor. You can also use sliced pork tenderloin.

    Italian salad dressing mix (regular or zesty, 6 oz)
  • 1/4 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes, optional
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 4

  • Marinade of salad dressing mix, vinegar, Italian seasoning, red pepper, and oil over pork chops.

    In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing mix, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Beat with a wire whisk until the mix is dissolved. Add the oil and beat well. In a shallow glass baking dish, arrange the chops in a single layer. Spread the oil mixture over both sides of the pork. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  • Grilling pork chops.
