This idea came from my meatloaf rings I make quit often. Original idea came from Sunny Andersons tri color pepper rings. This makes it easy to serve up those yummy italian sausage pepper sandwiches, or serve with healthy side for low carb dinner.
1Slice green peppers in 1/2in rings clean seeds. Slice onions set aside.
2Stuff each pepper ring w/sausage.
fry in tsp oil till crisp on both side.
turn heat to med low add 1/4 cup water and onions in pan and cover to softed peppers and onions, about 5min.
Serce on rolls w/mustard, or without as low carb meal
