1Cook sausage, onions and garlic in oil in large saucepan for 10 minutes stirring frequently.
Add the broth , water, cannelloni beans, stewed tomatoes, and the oil.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in pasta and cook 8 minutes or until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in spinach, cover.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Top with the cheese.
2NOTE: you can use any green veggie instead of the spinach!
