Ingredients
- 1 pound italian sausage sliced
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 packages 14oz each chicken broth
- 15 ounces water
- 1 can 15oz cannellini beans, drained
- 1 can 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 cups currly colored veggie pasta

Step 1Cook sausage, onions and garlic in oil in large saucepan for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Add the broth , water, cannelloni beans, stewed tomatoes, and the oil. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and cook 8 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in spinach, cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with the cheese.
