italian pasta/sausage supreme

This is a great meal that has little spices in it and still tastes good.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound italian sausage sliced
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 packages 14oz each chicken broth
  • 15 ounces water
  • 1 can 15oz cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 can 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups currly colored veggie pasta

How To Make italian pasta/sausage supreme

  • Step 1
    Cook sausage, onions and garlic in oil in large saucepan for 10 minutes stirring frequently. Add the broth , water, cannelloni beans, stewed tomatoes, and the oil. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and cook 8 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in spinach, cover. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with the cheese.

    NOTE: you can use any green veggie instead of the spinach!
