Another impossible pie - this will be great for that left over Easter ham of smoked deli ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cut-up fully cooked smoked ham
  • 1 cup shredded natural swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions or chopped onion
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Make impossible ham and swiss pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400^. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham,cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean,35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
