A one Pan Dinner, Love the spicy with the Ham and Cabbage, If you like less spice cut back on the onions and use a can of plain chopped tomatoes, I like to serve pineapple and cheddar cornbread with this too. Ingredients
- 2 ounces center-cut smoked ham ( sliced into bite size pieces )
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- - olive oil cooking spray
- 1 can chopped rotel tomatoes ( 10 oz. )
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make hot and spicy cabbage

Step 1In a Large Skillet or Wok, stir fry Ham, onions and Bell Pepper in cooking spray over Medium High heat, Add Rotel Tomatoes and the sugar, turn down heat to a simmer and cook 2 or 3 minutes, then add the cabbage and Black Pepper, Simmer for 15 minutes.
