I rate this pork chop as the best I have ever had or made. It was absolutely scrumptious! The sauce was delicious. The whole family raved over them, and they were so easy to do. Make sure you turn and baste every 5 minutes or so. The chops were about an inch thick. They were so tender and juicy. The best. I will make these monthly. I actually think they were better under a broiler than would be on a grill. My photos. You gotta try them.

These boneless pork chops are a perfect, quick, and easy weeknight meal your whole family will enjoy. The pork chops are slightly sweet and savory at the same time. The sauce reminds us of Teriyaki, but not as sweet. Cooking the pork chops under the broiler makes the edges nice and caramelized.

How To Make honey garlic boneless chops

Test Kitchen Tips
We turned our pork chops every 5 minutes, and in our oven, they were done in about 20-25 minutes.
  • Ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and garlic stirred together in a bowl.
    1
In a medium bowl, stir together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
  • Seasoned pork chops on the broiler tray.
    2
I sprayed my broiler pan with cooking spray. Place the chops on the broiler tray. Lightly season the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Brushing sauce on the pork chops.
    3
Brush each chop with the sauce to coat.
  • Broiling the pork chops.
    4
I then placed oven rack two notches down from the top. Place chops in the oven. Broil about 5 minutes, baste. Broil another 5 minutes; turn chop, baste. Keep turning and basting until chops are cooked. Mine took about 20 minutes on each side. Mine were thick, may not take as long for a thinner chop. Remember to liberally baste often. These are delicious chops. I hope you try them. The sauce would be great on chicken also.
