This is a great recipe from Pillsbury. Decorate your brunch buffet with a fabulous egg casserole.;decked with red and green bell peppers and a tender no-fuss crust. So easy and oh so delicious! Lip smackin'-finger lickin' good!!!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces roll bulk sausage or i use roll of jimmy dean sausage
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1//3 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces can pillsbury grands flaky layers refrigerated original biscuits

How To Make holiday breakfast bake

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 375^. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan or a 3 qt. glass baking dish. In a 10-inch skillet, brown sausage, onion and pepper ; drain well. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in cheese and sausage mixture. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press biscuits into bottom of baking dish. Pour sausage mixture over biscuit crust. Bake 25-30 minutes or until egg mixture is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Delicious.
