- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound lean ground pork
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely grated carrot
- 1/2 cup finely grated zucchini
- 1 - egg
- 1 jar ragu pasta sauce
- 8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti, cooked and drained
How To Make hidden veggie meatballs

Step 1Combine ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, carrot, zucchini and egg in a medium bowl; shape into 12 meatballs.

Step 2Bring Pasta Sauce to a boil in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Gently stir in uncooked meatballs.

Step 3Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until meatballs are done. Serve over hot spaghetti.
