pork tenderloin
2 tsp
dried basil
2 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
onion powder
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
crushed red pepper
olive oil

How to Make Herb Pork Tenderloin

Step-by-Step

  • 1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2Wash and dry pork thoroughly. Once patted dry, rub with olive oil (~ 1 – 1.5 Tbsp) on all sides.
  • 3Mix all herbs, as well as salt and pepper, in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over pork and gently rub into tenderloin.
  • 4Place pork into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 5Bake for approximately 30 minutues or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees at the thickest part of the meat.
