    pork tenderloin
  • 2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • ·
    olive oil

How to Make Herb Pork Tenderloin


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and dry pork thoroughly. Once patted dry, rub with olive oil (~ 1 – 1.5 Tbsp) on all sides.
  3. Mix all herbs, as well as salt and pepper, in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over pork and gently rub into tenderloin.
  4. Place pork into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for approximately 30 minutues or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees at the thickest part of the meat.
