Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- - olive oil
How To Make herb pork tenderloin

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Wash and dry pork thoroughly. Once patted dry, rub with olive oil (~ 1 – 1.5 Tbsp) on all sides.

Step 3Mix all herbs, as well as salt and pepper, in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over pork and gently rub into tenderloin.

Step 4Place pork into a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 5Bake for approximately 30 minutues or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees at the thickest part of the meat.
