I love quiche, but it can be fattening, so I made it healthier, w/out losing any taste.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    heart healthy bisquick mix
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c
    cooked, diced ham
  • 2 c
    frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1 c
    light cream
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 2
    scallions, chopped

How to Make Healthier ham/broccoli quiche

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine baking mix, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in both cheeses, ham and broccoli. Add cream and beaten eggs. Mix well. Pour into pan.
  3. Bake 25-30 mins, or until set. Sprinkle w/ scallions while still hot.
