Ingredients
- 1/2 cup heart healthy bisquick mix
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked, diced ham
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 cup light cream
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 - scallions, chopped
How To Make healthier ham/broccoli quiche

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine baking mix, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Step 2Stir in both cheeses, ham and broccoli. Add cream and beaten eggs. Mix well. Pour into pan.

Step 3Bake 25-30 mins, or until set. Sprinkle w/ scallions while still hot.
