I love quiche, but it can be fattening, so I made it healthier, w/out losing any taste.

Ingredients

1/2 c
heart healthy bisquick mix
1 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 c
reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
1/2 c
cooked, diced ham
2 c
frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 c
light cream
2
eggs, beaten
2
scallions, chopped

How to Make Healthier ham/broccoli quiche

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine baking mix, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • 2Stir in both cheeses, ham and broccoli. Add cream and beaten eggs. Mix well. Pour into pan.
  • 3Bake 25-30 mins, or until set. Sprinkle w/ scallions while still hot.
