I love quiche, but it can be fattening, so I made it healthier, w/out losing any taste.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heart healthy bisquick mix
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked, diced ham
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 2 - scallions, chopped

How To Make healthier ham/broccoli quiche

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400. Spray a 9" pie pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine baking mix, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Stir in both cheeses, ham and broccoli. Add cream and beaten eggs. Mix well. Pour into pan.
  • Step 3
    Bake 25-30 mins, or until set. Sprinkle w/ scallions while still hot.
