I always like to keep pineapple in the cupboard just for this recipe. So easy to make. Do some hula dances and you'll feel right at home, lol.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained, liquid reserved
  • 1-1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, light
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 3 - carrots, sliced into 1/2" rounds
  • 1/2 - green bell peppeer, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 - boneless pork loin chops

How To Make hawaiian pork chops

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. In lg saucepan, heat reserved liquid, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar over medium heat for 5 mins.
  • Step 2
    Stir in pineapple, carrrots and green bell pepper. Remove pan from heat. In lg skillet over med-high, heat oil. Brown pork chops on all sides. Plca chops in a baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Spoon sauce over chops. Cover pan w/ foil. Bake 1 hr, or until juices from the pork run clear. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
