I always like to keep pineapple in the cupboard just for this recipe. So easy to make. Do some hula dances and you'll feel right at home, lol.

Ingredients

  • 1
    20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained, liquid reserved
  • 1-1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    brown sugar, light
  • 1 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 3
    carrots, sliced into 1/2" rounds
  • 1/2
    green bell peppeer, cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4
    boneless pork loin chops

How to Make Hawaiian pork chops

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. In lg saucepan, heat reserved liquid, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar over medium heat for 5 mins.
  2. Stir in pineapple, carrrots and green bell pepper. Remove pan from heat. In lg skillet over med-high, heat oil. Brown pork chops on all sides. Plca chops in a baking dish.
  3. Spoon sauce over chops. Cover pan w/ foil. Bake 1 hr, or until juices from the pork run clear. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
