I always like to keep pineapple in the cupboard just for this recipe. So easy to make. Do some hula dances and you'll feel right at home, lol.

Ingredients
- 1 - 20 oz can pineapple chunks, drained, liquid reserved
- 1-1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, light
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 3 - carrots, sliced into 1/2" rounds
- 1/2 - green bell peppeer, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 - boneless pork loin chops
How To Make hawaiian pork chops

Step 1Heat oven to 350. In lg saucepan, heat reserved liquid, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar over medium heat for 5 mins.

Step 2Stir in pineapple, carrrots and green bell pepper. Remove pan from heat. In lg skillet over med-high, heat oil. Brown pork chops on all sides. Plca chops in a baking dish.

Step 3Spoon sauce over chops. Cover pan w/ foil. Bake 1 hr, or until juices from the pork run clear. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
