    ground fully cooked ham
  • 2 c
    (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2
    celery ribs, finely chopped
  • 1/3 c
    unsalted sunflower kernels
  • 1/3 c
    finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 c
    chopped dill pickle
  • 1/3 c
  • 1/3 c
    cup sour cream
  • 1 jar(s)
    (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
  • 1 tsp
    ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 tsp
    coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 tsp
    minced fresh parsley
  • 8
    lettuce leaves
  • 8
    croissants, split

How to Make Ham Salad Croissants


  1. In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, pimientos, salad dressing mix, pepper and parsley. Pour over ham mixture; toss to coat. Serve on lettuce-lined croissants.
