ham, green beans & potatoes
This recipe is very similar to one my mother used to make and that I still make a few times a year, only I use smoked sausage instead of ham. This looks yummy and makes for a nice change. Recipe & photo: stockpilingmoms.com

Ingredients
- 3 pounds ham, cut into 1-inch pieces or cubed
- 1 pound fresh green beans, tips cut off
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make ham, green beans & potatoes

Step 1Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Step 2Serve with hot rolls and butter.
