I've been making this for years. It is an old Pillsbury Cookoff recipe from the 60's. I don't remember all the exact measurements but will post what works for me. We had it for dinner tonight. I like serving it with chilled canned mixed fruit.

yield 4-6 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ham, diced
  • 1 - 8 ounces pkg. swiss cheese, diced
  • 1 - 10 ounces pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed (i used fresh broccoli, and steamed until tendercrisp)
  • 3/4 cup prepared mustard
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls

How To Make ham broccoli swiss ring-a-round

  • Step 1
If using fresh broccoli, steam or cook until tendercrisp.
  • Step 2
Dice swiss cheese and ham into bite size pieces.
  • Step 3
In large bowl or pan, add ham, swiss cheese and broccoli, mix until throughly combined.
  • Step 4
Add mustard and mix until all ingredients are coated with mustard.
  • Step 5
On round pizza pan lay crescent rolls out in sun burst pattern. I used a large pizza pan and lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 6
Spoon broccoli cheese mixture all around the base (center) portion of the crescent rolls.
  • Step 7
Pull points of roll dough up and over broccoli mixture.
  • Step 8
Bake at 475 until cheese is melted, mixture is hot and bubbly and crescents are golden.
