ham broccoli swiss ring-a-round
I've been making this for years. It is an old Pillsbury Cookoff recipe from the 60's. I don't remember all the exact measurements but will post what works for me. We had it for dinner tonight. I like serving it with chilled canned mixed fruit.

-
Step 1If using fresh broccoli, steam or cook until tendercrisp.
-
Step 2Dice swiss cheese and ham into bite size pieces.
-
Step 3In large bowl or pan, add ham, swiss cheese and broccoli, mix until throughly combined.
-
Step 4Add mustard and mix until all ingredients are coated with mustard.
-
Step 5On round pizza pan lay crescent rolls out in sun burst pattern. I used a large pizza pan and lined with parchment paper.
-
Step 6Spoon broccoli cheese mixture all around the base (center) portion of the crescent rolls.
-
Step 7Pull points of roll dough up and over broccoli mixture.
-
Step 8Bake at 475 until cheese is melted, mixture is hot and bubbly and crescents are golden.
